REALTOR Roberto Sepulveda, of USA Realty and Loans moved to La Jolla from Mexico City 24 years ago, along with his wife Cecilia and young daughter Fabiola. After all these years, he is still proud to call La Jolla home, and now enjoys helping his neighbors and friends in the community with all of their residential real estate needs. “My wife and I chose La Jolla to be our new home after looking at cities all around the world,” states Sepulveda. “We moved to La Jolla when my oldest daughter Fabiola was seven years old, and I had the privilege of walking her down the aisle at her wedding this past May. Now our family has grown to four members with Diana (18), a native San Diegan. We have greatly enjoyed being members of this community for 20 years, and we can’t imagine living anywhere else.” Sepulveda and his wife are now on their own again, since Fabiola moved with her husband to Newport Beach to open a home accents boutique called Avitatt , and Diana to Marymount College in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Sepulveda has worked in sales his whole life. He has owned and operated numerous businesses throughout the years, including a plastics factory, several restaurants in Mexico City (French and Greek), and a boating outfit in Cancun, where he met his wife and after only three weeks, they were married. Sepulveda jokingly blames this on the “tropical spell.” Additionally, Sepulveda has been a business broker and worked in imports and exports since moving to California, as well as being involved in numerous real estate development projects in Mexico. With his extensive background in sales and marketing, he was encouraged by many friends to consider a career in residential real estate, an industry he had always enjoyed staying active in.
Today, Sepulveda enjoys helping his real estate clients find beautiful properties in San Diego and Mexico to call home, as well as excellent investment opportunities.
